Terms and Conditions
For vet-referred behaviour Clients, fees will be confirmed by email prior to the initial consultation. Payment is required in full at the time of the initial consultation by card, cheque or cash; alternatively, at our discretion, an invoice may be sent by email. This invoice must be paid in full within 14 days.
We encourage Clients to understand their pet insurance policies where applicable, and to discuss eligibility with their providers prior to confirming a consultation with us. We do not accept pre-authorised direct insurance claims; fees can be claimed back from insurance companies by the Client after settling our invoice in full.
For legal Clients (solicitors, police constabularies, Crown Prosecution Services, local authorities, privately paying pet owners), payment terms are net 60, except in extenuating circumstances which must be declared.
We are not able to offer refunds on any service unless there are extenuating circumstances.
If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel a consultation, we ask that the Client is considerate and gives us as much notice as possible.
Clients must be a minimum of 18 years old, or be supervised by an adult during consultations.
